Guestbook Live privacy

Guestbook Live collects the name, optional relationship and message, and any photos, audio, or video a guest chooses to share. This content is provided to the couple and their authorized event team. It may appear in that event’s guestbook when their settings allow it.

Media is kept in private storage. Original photos are available to the hosts; the public guestbook receives only approved display versions.

Event RSVPs

When you RSVP to a live event, we save your name, attendance choice, party size, optional dietary notes, and response time for the authorized event team. These responses do not appear on the public memory wall. Hosts can download their RSVP list for event planning. A non-reversible network fingerprint helps limit abusive submissions. To change your response, contact your event host; to request deletion, contact Tiny Site Studios using the address below.

Personal demo

When you open a personal demo, we store your first name, email, selected package, and signup time privately to record your interest. We send a requested demo email with private entry links that work for seven days. We record your demo interest as a prospective customer inquiry. We do not add demo visitors to a newsletter or marketing list. Earlier signup preferences remain recorded as originally submitted. Contact caitlin@tinysitestudios.com to request removal of your contact details. A non-reversible network fingerprint helps limit abuse. Private demo entry records are stored on our server so your email links can reopen a sample without another signup. Those links contain an opaque token, not your email address. Keep them private. Demo contact details and design choices are also kept in your browser tab for your session; test memories and RSVP responses stay on your device and reset on reload. If you choose a package, we carry your contact details and design choices into the request form. Contact us to ask for removal of your signup record.

Design Studio requests

If you send a Design Studio request, we use the contact information, event details, design choices, and optional reference files you provide to respond to your inquiry and plan your Guestbook Live. When you ask the Design Studio to match an uploaded image or document, that reference is securely processed by our AI service to identify design elements such as color, typography, and mood and create a suggested design swatch. It is not used to identify people. Reference files are stored privately, shared with Tiny Site Studios through a secure 30-day link, and removed from upload storage after 90 days. We send you a one-time confirmation and do not add you to a marketing list. The inquiry may be retained in our business email or client-management records so we can serve you and keep an accurate project history.

One-time email and text delivery

If a guest asks us to send a copy, we use the email address or mobile number only to deliver that requested private link. We do not add it to a marketing list. Email addresses and mobile numbers are not stored with the public guestbook contribution; a non-reversible fingerprint may be retained to prevent duplicate sends and document consent.
