Do guests need an app or account?
No. Guests scan your QR code and contribute from their phone’s web browser without creating an account.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Guestbook Live is designed for current mobile browsers on both. Guests can take or choose photos, record or choose a short video, record a voice message, or write a note.
Can people contribute if they cannot attend?
Yes. Send them the same event link. Contributions remain open through 90 days after the event unless you close the guestbook sooner.
Can we control what appears publicly?
Yes. Host approval can be required before anything appears. Your dashboard also lets you edit, hide, or remove posts.
What happens to our files afterward?
Your host dashboard remains available for 12 months. Download individual originals or save the complete collection, including a written transcript, as one ZIP archive.
Does Guestbook Live replace a photographer?
No. It gathers the candid angles, voices, and messages around the professional record of your event—the moments between the moments.
